PERX Shipping Policy

At PERX, we are committed to getting your gear to you quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $7.95

Free Shipping: On orders over $50 (U.S. only)
Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier performance. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed.
PERX is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to USPS or other shipping carriers.
3. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
PERX is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers

Typographical errors made during checkout
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, we are unable to modify or intercept the package.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
4. Address Changes
Address changes must be requested immediately after placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.
PERX is not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.
5. Returned to Sender Packages
If a package is returned to PERX due to:

Incorrect address

Refused delivery

Failure to retrieve from carrier

Insufficient address information
The customer will be contacted once the item is received back at our facility.
Reshipping fees will apply before the order can be sent again.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, PERX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local carrier and file a claim directly.
7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided via email once the order ships.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure delivery can be completed successfully.
8. Fraud Prevention
PERX reserves the right to cancel or hold any order flagged by our fraud detection system.
We may request additional verification before processing high-risk transactions.
9. International Shipping (If Applicable)
International customers are responsible for:

Import duties

Taxes imposed by their country
PERX is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
