Team order questions
How long does a custom order take?
It depends on the design and quantity. Custom gloves take about 4–5 weeks. We'll confirm a date for jerseys and kits before you order, so reach out early if you have a season start or tournament coming up.
How does payment work?
Requesting a quote is free. Once you approve your design, we send an invoice for a 50% deposit, and production starts when the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due before your order ships. You can pay by credit or debit card.
Is the deposit refundable?
Because every order is made custom for your team, the deposit is non-refundable once production starts. You'll see and approve your design before any deposit is due.
Can we put names and numbers on the jerseys?
Yes. Add the details in the form, and we'll collect the full roster list once your design is approved.
Do you offer team pricing on gloves?
Yes. 30% off at 30 pairs, 40% off at 50 pairs and 50% off at 100 pairs.
